Customer Support Representative

Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding behavioral health organization that supports families navigating autism-related services. This role places you at the heart of the client journey, guiding families through the intake process with compassion, clarity, and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls from parents to assess service availability, eligibility, and explain ABA therapy processes.
  • Guide families through onboarding by explaining required documents, assisting with DocuSign, and ensuring proper document submission.
  • Follow up with families to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  • Route documents accurately to the billing team and maintain organized digital records within Gmail.
  • Handle inquiries regarding service status, waitlists, and coverage eligibility across various cities and states.
  • Occasionally assist with internal HR administrative tasks such as sending out employee contracts (non-phone-based).

Who You'll Work With:

Be a key player in a supportive behavioral health team that partners with families to provide essential autism-related services. You'll collaborate with leadership like Spirit and Yitzi, who will also be involved in the hiring process, and work closely with internal teams such as billing and HR.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Confident Communicator: Must be able to handle phone conversations with ease, maintain a professional tone, and represent the company well from the first interaction.
  • Smart & Quick Learner: Able to absorb and retain information about multiple regions and procedures, adapting to unexpected questions confidently.
  • Organized: Can track documents, follow up diligently with families, and ensure correct information flows to billing and administrative teams via Gmail.
  • Empathetic but Firm: Balances compassion with a clear understanding of policy enforcement, especially when discussing sensitive or denied requests.
  • Customer-Oriented: Previous customer service experience is beneficial; the role mirrors a service rep who can think independently and respond thoughtfully.
  • Experience: General work experience is required.

Why Join Us?

  • Impact: Make a meaningful difference in the lives of families seeking autism support services, acting as their first guide through the care process.
  • Culture: Work in a team that values clarity, empathy, and strong communication—especially over the phone.
  • Benefits:
    • Enjoy preset salary growth and weekly salary payments.
    • 100% work-from-home flexibility.

Work Details:

  • Schedule: U.S. business hours (exact hours to be confirmed)
